This is really simple. We take political messages into the real world. Stickers, t-shirts, mugs, and banners might not solve our problems, but they can have powerful impacts--- showing people who agree with us that they are not alone, those who disagree that we are here and unafraid, and getting people without much of an opinion to pay attention to what we have to say.
